Biography

A little bit about me…

I am an ocean lifeguard in southern California from Rochester, NY and driving to and from the west coast opened up the opportunity for me to get to see the United States! I am 24 and a graduate of SUNY Cortland where I was a team captain on the swim team. Some of my hobbies are surfing, mountain climbing in the Adirondacks, and planning future trips!

Some of the highlights of my domestic travels have been competing in a 5k ocean swim on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii, snowmobiling in Alaska, and whitewater rafting on the Colorado River with my dad! While it would be impossible for me to pick my favorite out of all 50, I do love being near water and being home so NY will always be in my top few. Internationally, I have bungee jumped off the highest bridge in Italy, had pints of Guinness at pubs in Dublin, Ireland, and spent a night in Tijuana, Mexico to name a few. I look forward to seeing more of the world now that I have seen so much of America!
