About
Steve Haddadin is an Entrepreneur who is very passionate about Real Estate. He is the Founder and President/ Broker of King Real Estate Group, a Real Estate Sales brokerage located in Brea, CA. Steve entered the Real Estate industry at the age of 18, he has a diverse base of experience including selling Commercial and Residential properties, Management of Office and Retail properties, Lending, and Development in Orange County and Riverside County. Haddadin has also developed electric car charging stations, with the first one completed in 2020. He is proud to be amongst the early adopters of electric car charging stations.
Steve Hadadin offers his clients the benefit of sophisticated analytical skills and is committed to providing the highest quality of real estate services available in the industry. Additionally, Haddadin has traveled extensively and was exposed to a diversity of cultures that he brings to his career. In Middle School, Haddadin received the Nixon Geography Award of Distinction and was selected by People to People, a student ambassador program founded by President Dwight D. Eisenhower and was sent to Japan over the summer of 2011. He lived in Amman, Jordan for 2 years of high school. He has also lived in Columbus, Ohio for 3 years of law school, while he simultaneously traveled to all 50 states, visited every Presidential Library, and completed the Kentucky Bourbon trail.
Haddadin, an avid Steak connoisseur, took it upon himself to dedicate June 21st, his birthday, as National Wagyu Day.
In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, chess, and traveling. Haddadin is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and has played the Violin and the Trumpet during his childhood years.
Education
Steve Haddadin is a graduate of: California State University, Los Angeles obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate in 2019, of California State University, Fullerton College of Business & Economics obtaining a B.A. in Finance in 2018, and from Fullerton College obtaining an Associate of Arts in Economics and Accounting Certificate in 2017. He successfully obtained various prestigious certifications and designations in real estate such as CCIM®. In 2021 he decided to enroll in Capital University School of Law as a 2024 JD candidate to expand services to include the legal side of Real Estate for his clients. In 2021, Haddadin was inducted into Marquis Who’s Who in America listees. Also in 2021, Haddadin was rated in the top 10 in Real Estate by LA Wire.
In the Community
Steve Haddadin is driven by serving others. Haddadin has supported causes in his community that date back to 2013, such as public sporting events to raise money for underprivileged communities.
Steve Haddadin is currently an active board member of the Center for Real Estate at the California State University Fullerton College of Business & Economics, he reformed the center by fostering numerous industry relations with organizations such as the CCIM® Institute, ICSC, and IREM. He has connected with and inspired many students interested in Real Estate. Prior to his tenure with the center, he served as the President of the Real Estate Association while he was a matriculated student. Haddadin’s influence on the Real Estate is a true testament to what a Titan is. As you enter into the Titan Promenade, the first study nook is named after Steve Haddadin. See link for location. In 2023, Haddadin established the Steve Haddadin Student Travel Endowment to support students in attending the ICSC RECon Conference in Las Vegas. Haddadin started this annual trip and led the first delegation of CSUF students to the ICSC conference in 2018 under his role as Real Estate Association President. This fund is to ensure the continuity of the trip. To contribute to the fund, see link. Additionally, Haddadin served as Vice President of Legislative Affairs for IREM Orange County from December 2nd, 2020 to December 2nd, 2021. He discussed the impacts of the new legislation within the real estate industry, identified different issues, coordinated with the council, and coordinated with politicians and legislative advocate groups.
