Memorable Travel Experience(s)

Spent 543 days on the road to visit all 50 states, drove more than 100,000 miles, and in total traveled 189,000 miles. My most memorable experiences were visiting our nation's natural wonders and National Parks: Yellowstone National Park, Glacier National Park, Yosemite National Park, Sequoia National Park, Mount Rainier National park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and Acadia National Park. I also love cities, and as part of writing my book visited most major US cities to learn about their founding and history. I have visited more than 150 college campuses, at least one in each state. Also enjoyed touring the state capitol buildings, but I've only been to 48 state capitol buildings.
