Memorable Travel Experience(s)
My first memorable experience was when I first went to South Dakota with my friends and family, the first night we came into the Black Hills at night just me and my friends at first while my family drove out the next day, while driving through Keystone at night, we saw Mount Rushmore for our very first times, looking amazing with the light reflecting off of it. The second one was when I visited Colorado on the Amtrak for the first time and seeing the Rockies, the mountains surprised me as the most mountainous area I had been to before this was the Black Hills, less than a year before this trip. That was on board The California Zephyr, the most scenic train in the US. My last most memorable moment was when I was in Hawaii, visiting Pearl Harbor on board the USS Missouri, while near the Japanese surrender site, an active US battleship sailed out and waived at me, that was the coolest, most American moment I can remember.
