Biography
I am an Army brat that started globe-trekking as a baby. Then I went off to college, joined the military, and took vacations to the unknown. Nomad is my lifestyle still, as I have turned into a snowbird. I’m always on the hunt for someplace better! Now that I have finished off the last 16 (all northernmost) states on my list, my next goal will be US territories and Canadian provinces. My specific criteria for qualifying a state was to spend at least one night there…not just driving thru or an airplane layover. Under the best circumstances, I like to spend a week or more in an area to best enjoy it. God created such an amazing planet for us to enjoy!

Memorable Travel Experience(s)
I have traveled the US by sailboat, train, motorcycle, car, airplane, and bus. I crewed a boat that sailed across the Pacific Ocean in 17 days. I really enjoy the scenery as a rider more than the driver of a motorcycle, but I have the endorsement. Most recently, I lived full-time in a camper that I pulled across the country for 4 years. I would love to take a cross-country train ride, with sleeper cabins! But I did see half the California coast from the window of an Amtrak. TSA aside, I still love flying the most. A private charter some day would be tops!
