2017 - Big Dave Hugs Tour on which he gave over 14,000 hugs in 48 states in 77 days. He finished all 50 states by visiting Alaska in 2018.
2017 - Hug Party on Valentine's Day in Lebanon, Kansas (geographic center of the contiguous 48 U.S. states)
2019 - Hug Party on Valentine's Day in Belle Fourche, South Dakota (geographic center of the US)
2020 - Smile with Big Dave Tour on which he did a good deed in all 48 states.
2022- Hug Delivery Tour to 36 states, bringing awareness about depression and suicide.
2026 - Embrace the Nation Tour with hugs in all 50 states starting in January 2026 and ending in September 2026 as a way to recognize the 25th anniversary of 9/11
