Biography

Jose and Magaly are a husband and wife team who celebrated their 50th state (Hawaii) with their daughters, son-in-law and grandchildren. Now to visit 6 continents (don’t think our stomachs or wallets can withstand the drake passage).  Parents and grandparents to some amazing human beings.  Aside from our very large family we love baseball and running.  We try to include a baseball game on our trips and have seen games at 16 MLB ballparks.  We started running after we turned 50 and now try to also include a 5K or 10K race on our trips.  We’ve driven coast to coast and border to border.  We’ve been to Europe, Africa and Asia.   We prefer road trips so we can take pictures at the state line signs (sometimes perilously so).  We’ve cried at the sight of the Grand Canyon and the Eiffel Tower, stood in the footsteps of  Matt Damon outside the Gare du Nord, eaten at Randy’s donuts like Iron Man and learned history firsthand from a D Day veteran at the museum in New Orleans.
